| About the Author Donald Moyer has been practicing Iyengar-style yoga since 1971 and teaching since 1974. He is the director of The Yoga Room, Berkeley, California, which he founded in 1978. From 1976 to 1988, Donald studied extensively with B. K. S. Iyengar in India and the United States. He wrote the "Asana" column for Yoga Journal in 1987, 1989, and 1992. His columns were groundbreaking, and in Yoga: Awakening the Inner Body, he continues to break new ground. |
